Scone Mustangs FC granted $2,000 from Hyundai Goals for Grassroots

October 29th, 2019

As part of the Hyundai Goals For Grassroots our Scone Mustangs Football Club scored a $2,000 grant thanks to Abdiel Arroyo’s stunning goal for Newcastle Jets in last weekend’s Hyundai A-League match at McDonald Jones Stadium!

During each round of the Hyundai A-League season, at least one match will be designated as the ‘Goals for Grassroots’ game. In these matches, the selected junior clubs are issued with an array of match day benefits including match tickets and receive a guaranteed $1,000 grant plus an additional $1,000 for every goal that the home team scores (up to maximum of $10,000 per game).

Clubs who are looking to be part of the Hyundai Goals for Grassroots program can see more information and register HERE.
